Five and Fly Review
Immediately upon receipt of an application the Five and Fly team will review the applicant and determine if they will be a good fit!

Hiring Manager Screening
This is the opportunity the service member and Hiring Manager to determine a good fit for the company. This is an opportunity for the servicemembers to ask any additional company specific questions around the role, growth in the company, job logistics, etc. This is also an opportunity for the Hiring manager to check culture fit, role fit, and over all ability for the servicemember to succeed in the SkillBridge Program.

Aptitude Assessment
The servicemember will be sent an online assessment that is a comprehensive review of the servicemembers aptitude. This will help shape the rest of the Interview process and how to create a more tailored training program to help the servicemember be the most successful as possible.

TSS Review
This is an intensive review session by the company to assess the servicemembers longterm ability to perform and succeed at QDS. Additionally its a review of the servicemembers intent to stay with the company long term.

Technical Assesment
The servicemember will preform a Technical assessment which involves the assembly of a test device. The servicemember will be shipped the device and then will complete the assembly while the company training leadership watches the servicemember externally.

Final Interview
The servicemember will have a final interview which will be a sit down with the leadership of the company. This will be a comprehensive of the interview process and lead to determining final fit within the company!

Offered SkillBridge
The servicemember is offered the opportunity to participate in the QDS SkillBridge Program.
- Cam 9
Full Time Employment Offer
The servicemember's SkillBridge comes to completion and is offered a full time employment opportunity.
