Five and Fly Initial Screen
Five and Fly will review the the application submitted for initial fit to the opportunity applied for. If Five and Fly deems that there is a potential for the candidate to make it through the hiring process Five and Fly will conduct a virtual screen session to do a deeper dive into the role and responsibilities and allow the servicemember to ask additional questions about the role.

Unstructured Initial Screening
The POC for Unstructured's SkillBridge Program, Orlando Nieves, will conduct an initial fit screening call. For this screening it will be more casual in nature allowing the servicemember to ask any questions about the company. This will also be an opportunity for Unstructured to do an initial culture check, role fit, and overall assessment of if the servicemember will be successful at Unstructured.

Team Review
After passing Unstructured's initial Screening process the servicemember will begin the more technical part of the interview process. During this part of the Interview process the candidate will meet with the teams hiring manager to go over technical capabilities, ability to support the team, and if the servicemember will be successful in the program. The servicemember will then meet with other members of the team as the hiring manager sees fit.

Executive Review
The servicemember will meet with the executive team to go over any last decisions questions the Executive team has. This is also the servicemembers opportunity to ask any questions to the company leadership.

Formal SkillBridge Offer
After completing a final review of the all the interviews Unstructured will determine overall fit and offer the Servicemember the opportunity to join the team as a SkillBridge Intern or fellow.

Full Time Employment Offer
If the servicemember meets all key performance indicators an offer will be made to come on the team full time.
