Culture and Character Assessment
Overwatch prides itself for its team culture and the character of the team members brought on board. This part of the interview process while informal, is critical to see if you are a fit for the team. Overwatch hires for character and builds the talent.

Hiring Manager Interview
This portion of the interview process will require you to sit down with the hiring manager and conduct a technical review. While this review is technical in nature it is more to asses your starting point and what would need to be developed during the SkillBridge internship.

The candidate has been accepted for the SkillBridge Internship.
- Stage 6
Full Time Job Offer
The Candidate has preformed well enough during the SkillBridge and is offered the opportunity to work in a full time capacity.
